Connie Y. Tcheng is a founding partner of the firm. She has over twenty years of civil litigation experience, in individual and class actions, regarding consumer law, employment matters, and business disputes. Connie additionally serves as counsel to medical staffs regarding investigations, fair hearing proceedings, and responding to medical board subpoenas.

- Represented a multinational technology company in multiple consumer class actions.
- Represented a nationwide insurance carrier in multiple consumer class actions, including a cancellation fee class action that was resolved on demurrer on an issue of first impression.
- Represented statewide dental services corporation in a range of individual and class actions, including a call recording class action under California Penal Code sections 632 and 632.7 that was resolved on demurrer on an issue of first impression.

Connie serves on the Executive Committee and as the Treasurer for the National Board of the American Civil Liberties Union. She additionally serves on the board for the ACLU of Southern California.
